Icelandic sheep, dairy sheep, and dairy goats raised lovingly with the intent of preserving breed standards and purity. The Icelandics are being raised for their exceptional warm but lightweight fiber and for their milk production from which I use to make hard cheeses among other dairy products. While the breed is vigorous and independent, the size of my farm permits my individual attention to all my livestock so that all my animals are friendly, well trained, and healthy. My Icelandics are horned but coexist well with my polled dairy sheep and my dairy goats which are both polled and horned.
